01 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hd9999 ("hd9999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at hd9999.app. This Agreement applies to all products and services offered through the hd9999 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

By registering an account on hd9999, you represent and warrant that:

hd9999 operates as an online entertainment platform providing betting and gaming services to adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted markets. hd9999 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny access to or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without liability.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hd9999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hd9999 operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on hd9999 at any time. Duplicate accounts may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or family member of hd9999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with hd9999. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to re-register will have their new accounts closed immediately.

hd9999 employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

03 Account Registration and Verification

Registration Process

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

KYC Verification

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. hd9999 will return funds received from unverified or third-party sources and may suspend the associated player account pending investigation. There are no fees applied by hd9999 for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative verified method may be used. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. hd9999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. Processing times stated above apply to fully verified accounts; unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 5 business days.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

Placement of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the hd9999 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet details — selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. hd9999 will not accept requests to void bets placed in error by the player.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market type, and game. Current limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface at the time of wager placement. hd9999 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time and without prior notice, including applying individual account limits where warranted by risk management considerations.

Void Bets and Event Cancellations

In the event that a sporting fixture is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to conclude within the defined settlement timeframe for that market, hd9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake to the player's account balance. Where a match is partially completed and an official result is declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL), hd9999 will settle bets accordingly.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on hd9999 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. hd9999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the respective game provider and are accessible within the game information panel.

Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical fault, error, or malfunction affecting the platform, hd9999 reserves the right to void all bets and games affected by the malfunction and return stakes to player accounts. hd9999 is not liable for any losses, winnings, or bonuses that would have been incurred had the malfunction not occurred. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the platform.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

hd9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once per lifetime account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over on qualifying games or betting markets before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated on the relevant promotional page.
• hd9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and in use by players at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under their original terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in the bonus wallet after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

Seasonal Promotions

hd9999 runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cultural calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and the BPL and IPL cricket seasons. These promotions are offered at hd9999's sole discretion and are subject to separate terms published at the time of the promotion.

07 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the hd9999 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for lawful recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hd9999:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time; impersonating another person or entity.
• Money Laundering: Using hd9999 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing and Cheating: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, game, or casino session; colluding with other players; using software tools, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account on hd9999, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in bad faith, including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, placing low-risk or hedge bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or systematically withdrawing bonus winnings without genuine recreational play intent.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the hd9999 platform, its servers, databases, or APIs.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour toward hd9999 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the hd9999 platform — including but not limited to the hd9999 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of hd9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hd9999 platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any hd9999 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or disassemble any hd9999 software or game content.
• Use any hd9999 brand assets, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by hd9999.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the hd9999 platform for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Any unauthorised use of hd9999 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account access and may expose you to legal action. Game content provided by third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hd9999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, platform downtime, or network connectivity issues.
• Financial losses resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services at hd9999's discretion in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

hd9999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hd9999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The hd9999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hd9999 endeavours to maintain a high level of platform availability, particularly during peak periods such as BPL match nights, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to all services at all times.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your hd9999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. Account closure requests submitted as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion will be processed immediately in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Suspension or Closure by hd9999

hd9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Underage gambling confirmed or suspected.
• Abusive conduct toward hd9999 staff or other users.
• Sustained technical exploitation or cheating behaviour.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure.

Where hd9999 closes an account on grounds of verified fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, the entire account balance — including any deposits — may be forfeited as permitted by applicable law. In all other cases, real-money balances will be returned via the player's verified payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

hd9999 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Bangladesh players. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for the majority of players, can become problematic for a minority. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all hd9999 account holders:

12 Amendments and Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

hd9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hd9999 will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where the changes are significant, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the hd9999 platform following publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on hd9999.app, constitute the entire agreement between you and hd9999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
